Occasionally parcels can get delayed or lost during delivery. Please look out for a ‘something for you’ card from the Royal Mail in case they attempted delivery while you were out. There will be instructions on the card on how to get your order.
If your order appears to have gone missing please contact us and we will do what we can to track it down. If it is lost we will make a claim on your behalf and send you a replacement or issue a refund as appropriate. We may need to wait 15 working days from dispatch to begin this process.
We aim for same day dispatch on all orders received before 2pm Monday-Friday. Orders received over the weekend will be shipped the following Monday.
